A game changer!

Stick Mobility has been my secret to keeping my body “golf” ready and has helped keep my distance as I get older. The new golf feels for power is such a game changer, you feel what a powerful swing is through the sticks and body. Then you get exercises to help get in those positions. It’s such a complete package to add to your fitness routine for golf! Highly recommend it! On top of that all the sources on YouTube for mobility work will make you feel so good ! It’s addicting
