Domestic (US customers) Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your Stick Mobility purchase or would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, you can request a return by contacting support@stickmobility.com
  • You can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. 
  • We will provide you with the return label.
  • Return and restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price apply. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. 
  • The restocking fee is waived for products returned due to damage either by manufacturing or shipment. 
  • All digital content and apparel sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed with 8 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Orders placed with us at Stickmobility.com and shipped outside of the USA are eligible to be returned under our 30-day, 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee.

  • For orders placed with our International Partners or at other stores (stickmobility.com.eu, stickmobility.com.uk, stickmobility.com.au), please contact them directly for returns and exchanges.


  • We will provide and pay for a return label if the mishap (incorrect or defective item) is our error.
  • Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.
  • Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. In this situation, we ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number and they will be able to assist you with the location of your order.
  • If a package is lost or damaged within transit, Stick Mobility will reship it at no additional cost. Stick Mobility will not refund an order if it is lost or damaged in transit.
  • All orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information cannot be refunded if the customer cannot locate the item. The customer will need to contact the shipping carrier directly on where the package was left.
  • Any orders delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error are non-refundable. If an order has been shipped and a customer notices the wrong address, Stick Mobility is not responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address or bearing the cost with changing an address mid-transit.


  • Products that have been modified, or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • For products not ordered directly from StickMobility.com please contact the seller for their policy.


  • We recommend keeping the box your order is shipped in until you are confident that you will be keeping your sticks. 
  • If you no longer have the box it was shipped in and are having difficulty finding a 6 or 7-foot box, we recommend trying to find two 3 or 4-foot long boxes that can be combined to make a longer box.
