I use the sticks in my living room several times a week to keep my shoulders open and to work on thoracic mobility. Big win for me is bringing the sticks to meets to use as part of my warm up routine to prime my shoulders to snatch and clean & jerk. And I don't mind at all that the sticks do not fit in my gym bag!

Been physically active my whole life. After a hip replacement at 61 my iliopsoas became an issue. Physical therapy wasnt helping. I wasnt able to workout in the gym because my hip flexor was that weak.
I saw a Stick Mobility video and instantly felt this was going to rehab me in a way that I had full control with the intensity and duration. It actually is helping to release bands in my back that held my QL hostage lol. The balance I am gaining throughout my body is addressing old issues and correcting them. I havent been in the gym for 2 years and now I am sure I will be back and stronger than before.

I’m 63 years old and started working out 5 months ago. My trainer introduced me to Stick Mobility and the ways it can be used to open joints, help in recovery after heavy work out days, etc. Just today, I started watching the stick mobility videos and realized how much I could use these at home on my own. I ordered three more this afternoon to be able to incorporate more of the routines.
My body has begun to change dramatically for the better. I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made and the sticks have been an integral part of the entire routine.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to overcome the aches and creaks that come with aging.

Wow! Working with the Stick Mobility sticks and videos have given me more flexibility, mobility and strength than any other stretching program I have tried in the past.
I use my stick mobility to stretch and warm up before and after every workout.
I use them (with the stick mobility golf training course) prior to every golf outing.
I use them when I wake up to get the body loose and active. Love them.
I purchased these for mobility sessions with the workouts programmed by the guys at Mind pump.
I had a tender shoulder from an old football injury that would nag from time to time. But, the workouts with the mobility stick did the trick.
This should be a weekly part of your workout.
In fact, I am heading out to use them right now.
A side note.. yes you can use a piece of PVC pipe and steal their workouts, but I will say the flex of the sticks add to the stretch. So, do yourself and your muscles a favor and get a set. You mobility is there to release

I was doubtful about how much these could help me to begin with. I have seen their adds on Instagram frequently. It was not until I saw a trainer who put me through a 15 min workout using the sticks that I saw the light. Excellent for range of motion as well as general strengthening.
Incorporating Stick Mobility routines has not only helped me to work out some long term imbalances and resulting tightness from long distance trail running, but made me a better athlete. Flexibility and strength gains are noticeable in just the first two months. And it just feels goood!
These things are an absolute game changer in a great positive way. For life, for sport, I call it my fountain of youth.
I am 52, played sports and enjoyed my life to the fullest. I now play golf and tennis in the summer, snowboard in the winter. I have had four knee and shoulder surgeries, have a deteriorating disc in my neck, have had three compression fractures in my back. There is nothing like what these sticks can do for your body. I challenge you to use these things. They are allowing me to stretch and strengthen parts of my body that energize my knees, shoulders, neck ....parts that have plagued me increasingly for years.
